FAQ

Do I need an account?

No. No signup, no email, no verification on arrange. Keep the exchange link to check the status later.

What does it cost?

Nothing on top of the amount shown. Network fees and the exchange margin are already inside "You get". arrange earns a small share from the partner that executes the swap, not from you.

Fixed or floating rate?

Fixed locks the amount you get. Your deposit has to arrive within the time shown on the deposit screen. Floating follows the market until your deposit is confirmed, so the final amount can be a little higher or lower than the estimate.

How long does it take?

Usually 5 to 30 minutes after your deposit is confirmed on its network. Bitcoin and other slow networks can take longer at busy times.

Who holds my coins during the swap?

The exchange partner that executes the swap holds the deposit only for the minutes it takes to swap and send. arrange never holds funds and cannot move them. The partner is named on the confirmation step and in the terms.

I sent a different amount

A slightly different amount is swapped at the current rate. An amount below the minimum is returned by the partner minus the network fee.

My exchange says "verification"

The partner's risk checks sometimes ask the sender to confirm their identity before the swap continues. The status page tells you what to do. If you decline, the deposit is returned to the sending address minus the network fee.

How do I know it is safe?

Every exchange gets its own deposit address. The receiving address is checked before you can continue. Both transactions are on public blockchains, and the status page links to them so you can verify every step yourself.
