No account, no cookies

arrange has no signup and sets no cookies. Your browser keeps a list of your recent exchanges and your last coin pair in its own storage so you can find them again; nothing in that list leaves your device.

What we store for an exchange

• The coins, amounts, receiving address, optional refund address and memo you entered.
• The deposit address and exchange id issued by the partner, and the status changes and transaction hashes reported by the partner.
• Your IP address, browser user agent and a random session id, for support and abuse prevention.

This record is what lets us answer a support request about your exchange. It is kept for as long as needed for support, accounting and abuse prevention.

Usage data

We record which steps of the page are used (a quote shown, a coin changed, an exchange started, an address rejected), together with the session id, IP address, user agent, referrer and any UTM parameters in the link you arrived from. This is used to improve the site. No third-party analytics script runs on the page.

What the partner receives

To execute the swap, ChangeNOW receives the coins, amounts, receiving address, refund address and memo. Your requests to the partner go through our server, so the partner does not receive your IP address or browser details from arrange. The partner's own privacy policy applies to the exchange it executes and to any verification it requests.

Blockchains are public

Deposits and payouts are transactions on public blockchains and are visible to anyone.
