What arrange is

arrange.exchange is an interface for exchanging one cryptocurrency for another. The exchange itself is executed by ChangeNOW under its own terms, which apply to every swap started here. arrange shows you the rate, collects the receiving address, gives you the deposit address issued by the partner and shows the progress.

No custody, no account

arrange never holds, receives or controls your funds. The deposit goes to an address issued by the partner for your exchange; the payout comes from the partner to the address you entered. There is no account and no balance on arrange.

Your responsibilities

• Enter a receiving address that you control, on the network shown. Coins sent to an address on another network, or to an address you do not control, cannot be recovered.
• Send the exact amount shown, in one transaction, from a wallet or service that supports the network shown. If a memo or tag is shown, include it.
• For fixed-rate exchanges, send the deposit within the time window shown. A deposit that arrives later is exchanged at the market rate at that time.
• Do not use arrange for anything unlawful, or from a jurisdiction where the partner does not offer its service.

Rates and fees

The amount shown as "You get" includes the partner's exchange margin and the network fee for the payout. arrange adds no fee on top. arrange receives a share of the partner's margin for each completed exchange.

Verification, holds and refunds

The partner may pause an exchange for compliance checks and ask the sender to confirm their identity. arrange has no part in those checks and cannot release a held exchange. If the sender declines, the partner returns the deposit to the sending address or to the refund address, minus the network fee, under the partner's policy. Deposits below the minimum, or of a different coin than the one selected, are handled by the partner's refund policy.

No warranty

arrange is provided as is. Rates, minimums, available coins and processing times come from the partner and change without notice. arrange is not liable for losses caused by wrong addresses, wrong networks, late deposits, network congestion, or the partner's decisions.
